||The grapes, once transported to the cellar, are softly pressed into round grains. The must obtained is cold decanted for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place in steel casks at a controlled temperature that remains constant between 18 and 20 °C.

||It goes well with risotto and substantial first fruits and processed food. Particularly suitable to accompany seafood and shellfish.
