Vinification |
The grapes are usually harvested in mid-September to achieve the right balance between freshness and structure. After an extremely soft pressing and static clarification, the must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. |
Ageing |
The wine was aged on the lees for 5 months. Malolactic fermentation was not carried out. |

Wine with a strong soul that requires adequate dishes. Excellent pairings with asparagus. |
