Vinification |
Direct pneumatic pressing at low pressure (presses with vertical outlets that guarantee high quality juice), vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. |
Ageing |
Aging on the fine lees for 6 months plus another 6 in vats before bottling. |
