Fruit of grapes harvested on relatively young vines, coming from various vineyards, Nahe Riesling QbA Trocken of Dönnhoff is an assemblage of fermented and partially ripened wines in steel, partly in large German oak barrels.

Colour

Clear, yellowish, crystalline yellow dress.

Bouquet

The bouquet is typical, played on chiseled citruses, white peach and fresh white flowers overlaid with stones, chives and fresh ginger minerals.

Flavour

Dry, slightly hot, not soft, on the palate attacks with the usual frankness developing a juicy youthful taste, characteristically acidic, acidic.
