History |
Poutures is the medieval name of an area located at the exit from the municipality of Pommard in a southerly direction; takes its name from its ancient pasture condition (pâture), due to the resurgence of hypogeal sweet waters right at its summit. From a parcel within its broad perimeter a fifth of hectare (0.21 ha, to be precise) planted in 1999, the Domaine draws its Pommard more loyal to the history and anecdotal of the denomination. |
Pairing |
Wine for great roasts, but as long as you approach it, it maintains the ability to serve even less elaborate foods, such as a simple entrecôte with mushrooms, rolls and saltimbocca, or a dish of tagliatelle with meat sauce. |
