Domaine Regis Jouan Sancerre Blanc 2017
No matter which new Sauvignon Blanc we bring in, Sancerre is still the best selling wine in the category. In a region of nearly 6,500 acres, there are so many more brands to choose from - but frankly a good portion of these Sancerre are no better than cheaper common wines from Touraine. Domaine Regis-Jouan is a small estate with vines planted on clay and limestone soils, yielding nice round fruit that's full of character.
