Bouquet

Black fruit, cherries and wild blackberries mixed with spices (cinnamon and black pepper). Slightly smoked, roasted.

Powerful and peppery, the tannins are supple, ripe and harmonious. Ample and round with a tangy finish that brings finesse and lightness.
