Colour

At sight it shows a ruby red color, crossed by veins more tending to purple.

Bouquet

The nose has a very good personality, and develops on a plot of small red fruit, interspersed with spicy touches resulting from aging in wood.

Flavour

In the mouth it is structured and elegant at the same time, with a harmonious sip, which develops without any deburring. It ends with an average persistent finish.

Pairing

A wine with excellent structure, which therefore requires dishes that are able to enhance its qualities. Excellent with game and main courses of red meat, it should also be tried with a seasoned cheese platter. Wonderful with polenta and braised boar.
