Domaine Confuron Cotetidot Pommard 2017
An excellent Pinot Nero interpreted by Yves and Jean-Pierre Confuron, solid and intense but very pleasant and precise in the finishes. The grapes are harvested manually from the vineyard of Pommard, among the most famous of the Côte de Beaune for the production of extraordinary red wines. Vinification involves a long period of maceration and aging in wood.

Colour

Dark and deep red.

Bouquet

Intense spicy, floral and fruity scents that recall blackberry, plum and ripe cherry.

Flavour

In the mouth is rich and medium-bodied, with solid tannins that need a few years in the cellar to soften and blend with the beautiful structure based on the fruit. Very persistent.
