Vinification |
In temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C. |
Ageing |
10% of the volume matured in oak for 5 months. Then, the wine is assembled for bottling. |

It pairs well with appetizers, cocktails, fish, salmon tartare, salmon with mousseline sauce, trout ravioli with mussels and Pouilly fumé sauce, and perch fillet with shrimp sauvignon. |
