The nose has a good complexity and elegance. Mineral and floral perfumes of flowers stand out on the path of decay. Then there is ripe, exotic, citrus fruit. There is no shortage of honey and toasted almonds.
Flavour
On the palate it is broad and soft, elegant, long, fresh. Beautiful harmony and balance.
Perfect alongside a nice chicken in sauce, as well as a veal with mushrooms, but also with lobster or grilled sea fish. Goat cheeses and the Reblochon di Savoia.
