The ICON project stems from the need to express the most intimate identity of Diesel Farm through a special edition of the historic Rosso di Rosso. Diesel Farm has designed and executed a process of micro fragmentation of the Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards, delimiting the most extreme portions, harvesting and selecting each single bunch by hand.

Bouquet

Ample, consistent and deep, it is an aromatic velvet that recalls small red fruits, plum and pepper.
