Di Sipio Pinot Nero 2016
Pinot noir: impossible not to be recognized. It is the sacred nectar of wine makers. It is the end point… it is a challenge of time. All this embraced by culture, with elegant hues easily recognizable. Unique grape, not only to the eyes.

Bouquet

Full fruity and spicy aromas to the nose, which become more and more delicate and identifying.

Flavour

Warm sensations together, full-bodied and round, persistent and intense: all these wine characterstics please the palate. Perfect balance, with tannins perfectly high for the sake of a wine glass of noble heritage.

Pairing

It is best served with matured though not spicy cheese, filled pasta first courses served with savory sauces, pappardelle pastaserved with truffle and porcini mushrooms, fillet steak with pink pepper, peking duck, Brazilian barbecue (churrasco). It is also good with dried fruit: pistachio, almonds and cashew nuts.
