To the palate it imparts great intensity, lively freshness and excellent sapidity. The final is persistent and shows chalky and vibrant sensations. It will be able to evolve and mutate for many years.
To be drunk as an elegant aperitif, or in combination with fresh cheeses combined with aromatic herbs. Toasted wholemeal bread with buffalo stracciatella and local mint. Scampi crudités.
