The grapes for this classic Piave wine, from old vineyards cultivated in clayey soils, reach a natural balance of ripeness at harvest time. This Cabernet Sauvignon guarantees a pleasant complexity of structure, with fruity and spicy hints. Ideal with red meats, braised dishes and roasts.

Vinification	Grapes are destemmed and crushed. It then follows maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature, with frequent pumping-over. After this process, racking is carried out, and alcoholic fermentation ends in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing	The wine matures for 8-12 months on its noble lees in oak barrique and barrels.
