Straw yellow to the sight.

Bouquet

Citrus notes of mandarin are followed by aromas of ripe melon, musk and wax. Mineral and sapid tones complete the bouquet.

Flavour

The palate is fresh and decisive, and still mineral, with a long finish and supported by a nice sour shoulder.

It is excellent with dishes based on fish or shellfish. To try with grilled fish.
