||Soil profile containing a significant amount of unbroken, angular rock and allowing for a good rooting depth.
||Once it has been selected and destemmed, the grape is transferred into a tank for cold maceration and then fermented with native yeast.
||The wine is aged for 14 months in old French oak barrels, with the aim of ensuring that the aromas and tastes from the wood are not transferred to the wine and thus do not mask the characteristics typical of its terroir.
