Vinification |
The fermentation takes place in the presence of the skins in conical oak vats for 60-90 days. |
Ageing |
After fermentation, it is aged in barrels of 20 and 30 hl for 23 months and refined in bottle for 6 months. The sediment in the bottle their wine preserve it and protect it. |
