Cultivation system Guyot and spurred cordon.
Yield per hectare 4,000 kg/hectare.
Vinification The fermentation takes place in the presence of the skins in conical oak vats for 60-90 days.
Ageing After fermentation, it is aged in 20 and 30 hl barrels for 23 months and refined in bottles for 6 months. The wine's sediments in the bottle preserve and protect it.
