Fermentation period 60-90 days.
Vinification Fermentation occurs in the skin's presence in oak conical vats for 60-90 days.
Ageing After fermentation, it is aged in 20 and 30 hl barrels for 23 months and refined in bottles for 6 months. The wine's sediments in the bottle preserve and protect it.
