D'Araprì Rosé Brut Metodo Classico
The rosé wine is a typical wine produced especially in south of Italy. Therefore the d’Araprì house has created this Brut Rosè sparkling wine which has a light pink rose colour with reflections of onion skin. It has a strong flavour and long lasting.

Perlage

Soft foam and with fine persistent perlage.

Colour

Salmon pink with shades of purple and gold.

Bouquet

Intense nose, fresh and sweet fragrance of flowers and a delicate fusion of bread, toast and ripe fruit.

Flavour

Complex aromas introduce a lively palate, a full and enveloping mouthfeel with a very fine bubble. Dry yet rounded, savoury, long persistence, with a balanced taste texture and pleasant drinkability.

Pairing

It pairs wonderfully with medium-aged Caciocavallo Podolico cheese. Refined and original as an aperitif, excellent at the end of a meal with dry pastries, it is the softest sparkling wine the House offers. Desirable at any time, it is a symbol of love and happiness
