The sparkling wine Pas Dosè is the driest of the d’Araprì sparkling wines. There is not any addition of dosing syrup (liquer d’expedition), therefor is possible appreciate the all characteristic of the base wine. This sparkling wine is suggested to who use drink sparkling wine during all the meal.

Aging Flowing into (degorgement): made by hand at cold without the add of the dosing syrup (liquer d’expedition), about 2 months before the marketing.
