Soil composition	Poor soils of calcareous type, tending to clayey.
Vinification	The grapes are macerated for 6-8 hours to extract the right amount of colour and aromatic notes typical of Negroamaro from the skins. The must is fermented at 10-12°C in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing	Ageing in stainless steel tanks for about 3-4 months.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	Ideal as an apéritif with pasta, white meats and fish.
