From the younger vineyards of Merlot and the historic Aleatico, cultivated in the Tuscia area, we obtain the grapes for the production of this rosé wine. We took the greatest care in harvesting the grapes when the sugar-acidity ripening had reached the established balance.

White fruit sensations and floral notes of cyclamen and rose.

Flavour

The taste is of medium intensity with marked freshness and fragrance. Pleasant acidulous finish and good persistence.

After the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains in steel in contact with its fine lees. The blend is then carried out. Malolactic fermentation: not carried out.
