Bouquet

The nose has an aromatic structure of unparalleled finesse and complexity. Notes of ripe sour cherry blend with echoes of dried red flowers, sweet oriental spices, chocolate and liquorice.

Flavour

On the palate, it shows a perfect harmony between its great alcoholic structure, incredible elegance, glycerine notes, tannins and acidity. Traditionally dry in the finish, tannic, enveloping, especially long and persistent. A perfect wine to be enjoyed by itself.

Pairing

It is a perfect wine for food pairing and to be enjoyed by itself. A great wine to be enjoyed by itself to appreciate its features. However, it goes very well with aged cheeses and meat dishes made with prolonged cooking, loaded with gravies, as well as with traditional game meat.
