Estate vineyard of 1.2 hectares planted in 1987 with the company's selected vines. It is located in the town of La Morra in the lowest part of Monfalletto at an altitude of 220 meters above sea level on clayey, rich and alkaline soil, with eastern exposure.

Colour

Deep, gold yellow.

Bouquet

Notes of citrus fruit, grapefruit, banana, toasted hazelnut, honey and sweet oak.

Flavour

In the mouth, it is fatty, powerful and fresh with a long, persistent finish.

It particularly pairs well with a wide range of dishes, such as chicken, seafood appetizers, fish, vegetable soups, white meats, and salads.

Vinification Grapes are destemmed and crushed. Static or flotation clarification follows. Racking and fermentation at a temperature of 15-16°C for about a week in stainless steel tanks. Racking into wood where fermentation ends after about 1 month.
Ageing It remains in wood after alcoholic fermentation to undergo malolactic fermentation on the lees for about a month at low temperatures and frequent bâtonnage. Aged again in wood for a total of about 9 months. It is finally bottled and further ages in the company's cellars for 10 months before being marketed.
