This is the youngest of the Chardonnays produced by Coppo. The wine owes its name to the white nature of the soil, clay-limestone marl, where the vines are located.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Floral notes accompany apple, white peach, and citrus fruit hints.
Soft and fresh, pleasantly tasty.
It pairs with vegetable aspic, gazpacho, stuffed courgette flowers, and sole meunière.
