This Nizza DOCG comes from the area of the same name in the eastern location of this appellation region. Pontiselli, in the town of Agliano Terme, is historically one of the areas with the longest tradition of Barbera vines.

Colour

Deep ruby red.

Bouquet

Fruity notes typical of the vine such as blackberry and currant. It expresses a great balance between elegance, intensity and fine spiciness.

Flavour

Fresh acidity combined with a very fine tannic component and long persistence.

Pairing

It pairs well with gnocchetti dumpling with porcini mushrooms and rib steak with green pepper.
