Componidori is one of the last labels created by the Contini winery, a Vernaccia di Oristano DOC that, along with Sartiglia and Pariglia, wants to be a tribute to the ornamental carnival: the componidori is in fact the main figure of Sartiglia, the leader of the rider, Which opens and closes the carousel with the traditional blessing.

Colour

Golden yellow with amber hues.

Bouquet

Intense, generous, ethereal with its characteristic note of almond blossom.

Flavour

Crisp, dry and full-bodied, rounding off with a pleasantly acidulous, bitter, warm and harmonious mouthfeel. Velvety, caressing structure and depth.

Pairing

Exquisite dessert wine and for quiet meditation, also an excellent aperitif if served chilled. Goes well with a number of Sardinian desserts and is outstanding with the typical mullet roe.
