||After importing into Italy the first Pinot Noir barbatelle, Count Carlo Vistarino in 1865 began to produce the first Italian Classical Method. All over Italy stands the quality of Pinot Noir of Rocca de 'Giorgi. This Vistarino Method was born from the Pinot Noir (85%) vinification in traditional way, and Chardonnay (15%) vinified in wood. Slow autoclave fermentation lasts for nine months on yeasts.
