An amazing quality for a charmat. The strength and body of the Pinot are tomato and seduced by the Chardonnay fermented in wood and exalted by the surprisingly fine and persistent perlage: let yourself be seduced!

Directed, wide, with a pleasing yet unsuitable attack, delicate with floral freshness and mineral notes.

Production technique After importing into Italy the first Pinot Noir barbatelle, Count Carlo Vistarino in 1865 began to produce the first Italian Classical Method. All over Italy stands the quality of Pinot Noir of Rocca de 'Giorgi. This Vistarino Method was born from the Pinot Noir (85%) vinification in traditional way, and Chardonnay (15%) vinified in wood. Slow autoclave fermentation lasts for nine months on yeasts.
