Bouquet of ripe fruit; softness and freshness are the characteristics of this variety. Its grapes come from the Casablanca Valley and receive the cool breeze of the South Pacific Ocean while developing a mineral style obtained from the unique composition of its soils.

Colour

Pale lemon yellow.

Bouquet

Fresh with a fruity character from the beginning. Pineapple and peach with small touches of hazelnut provided by French oak barrels.

Flavour

Wine of good structure, excellent balance, fresh and lively acidity. Medium-bodied with a long, dry finish. Aftertaste of green pear and delicate hints of white peach, completed with a toasted note.

Pairing

Perfect for enjoying with delicate fish such as grilled sea bass, sole or turbot, garnished with capers or creamy sauces.
