The grapes selected for the production of this wine come entirely from the 'Eppan Berg' area, or Appiano Monte, the most historically renowned area in South Tyrol for Pinot Bianco. The result is a pleasantly fruity wine with an elegant minerality.

Bright, straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Bouquet

Hints of fragrant apples and pears, and an elegant, complex bouquet.

Flavour

Marked acidity with a nice tasty and mineral finish. Thanks to the skilful use of wood, the finish is delicate and harmonious and very persistent.

Pairing

Perfect with seafood appetizers, including crudités, delicate pasta and risotto dishes, and sophisticated fish or shellfish dishes; perfect also with poultry.

Vinification	Fermentation occurs at controlled temperature of 18°C in oak barrels of different capacity, where the wine then refines on its fine lees for 10 months.
Ageing	After the final blend, the wine is bottled and rests a few more months in bottle before marketing.
