Colsaliz Prosecco Treviso Barbameto Millesimato Extra Dry 2022
Barbameto is produced from grapes from special areas owned by Azienda Agricola ColSaliz in the beautiful hills of Treviso, between Conegliano and Pieve di Soligo, where aromaticity and acidity succeed in giving this sparkling wine an important and lively taste energy. Our family cuvée is obtained by vinification in reduction, thus keeping intact and intact all the fragrances, fragrance and typicality of this great grape variety that has always delighted our palates in this historic family guise.
This excellent sparkling wine is available in Brut and Extra Dry versions. The difference lies in the residual sugar (the amount of sugar present in the bottle of Prosecco). Barbameto Brut is the driest version, therefore with lower residual sugar, a full flavour and a delicately fruity aroma. Prosecco Barbameto Extra Dry has more 'sweetness' than Brut with a softer mouthfeel.
