Naturalness, genuineness and passion are the basis of this organic wine produced with the grapes of Cupramontana, Apiro and Rosora soils from which the name Cu-Ap-Ro derives.

Colour

Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections when young, tending towards a golden colour with age.

Bouquet

Pleasently fruity and floral.

Flavour

Good structure and balance, mineral and sapid with final notes of pleasantly bitter sapidity, typical expression of the grape.

Pairing

All seafood meals, cold cuts, white meats, mixed fry of meats and vegetablesand raw tomatoes etc. It is also a great appetiser.
