Colour

Deep ruby red with bright purple reflections.

Bouquet

Fine and elegant, with typical notes of Cabernet Sauvignon, ripe pepper that are perfectly balanced with the spicy vanilla-flowered notes from the oak.

Flavour

A wine with an excellent structure, with fine, ripe tannins, complemented by classic hints of oak from the barrique. Fresh and pleasantly fruity aftertaste.

Harvest By hand, with a careful selection of bunches. The harvest is carried when grapes reach a balanced ripeness.
Vinification Fermentation takes place in 50 hl steel vats. Maceration lasts about 20 days at a controlled temperature of 25-28°C with 2 daily pump-overs and three long délestage on fermentation's third, fifth and seventh days. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in steel.
Ageing 18 months in medium toast French oak barrels (95%) and American oak barrels (5%). The wine reaches its stability during the second winter in the wood by being submitted to the seasonal cold temperatures to clarify itself naturally. After bottling, the wine is aged for further 8 months before being marketed.
