Important main courses, pasta “alla chitarra” with lamb, Abruzzo timbale, pappardelle with boar, roast pork, tenderloin with green pepper, roasted lamb, stufed mushrooms, polenta with sausage. Aged cheeses: 5-8 years old Pecorino from Abruzzo. |
