	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	Colour Pale straw with greenish reflections.
	Bouquet Fragrant notes of yeast followed by floral scents of lime blossom and hawthorn, in a pleasant mineral background.
	Flavour Enveloping, pleasantly fresh, soft, with a structure that fills the palate, with an excellent match between these sensations and a fresh almond finish.

Pairing

Excellent as an apéritif, with fish or other starters. It is excellent with traditional "Olive all'ascolana", an appetizer made of fried olives. It is also an excellent accompaniment to the whole fish-based meal, from starters to roasts.
