Colour

Deep gold color, with a faint green tint.

Bouquet

Wide nose with notes of ripe apple, peach, pear with plenty of freshness, and a vanilla creme background.

Flavour

The mouth shows more of all the things that were hinted at in the nose, with a nice blend of the tree fruits, the vanilla seeming richer in tone.Citrus hints of orange hard-candy, and a good and clean mineral in the finish. Good body, farily sweet, smooth and creamy, nicely balanecd, with modest-plus acidity.
