Chateau Lamothe Guignard Sauternes 0,375L 2013
The vineyard of Château Lamothe Guignard has two different terroirs of which, the most important, is several plateaus with gravelly soils, while the other gently into the clay gravel north and north-west. The vines are 90% Semillon and 10% Sauvignon and Muscadelle. The originality of Sauternes lies in alternation "fog in the sun". This alternation supports the proliferation of the fungus Botrytis cinerea, or "noble rot". The grapes are harvested and stored grain to grain with at least five passages in the vineyards during the harvest. The yield on an average of two glasses of wine per vine. The wines of Château Lamothe Guignard are thin, smooth, fruity and aromatic. They have such a typicality that becomes a real "style".
