||Sandy gravel for 80% of the surface and clay gravel for the remainder.
||Hand picked, by successive selections through the vines (1 to 2 selections),on ripe and healthy grapes.
||Is done in new oak barrels that have been barrels previously used for the grand cru and it lasts 2 weeks. Malolactique : None.
||Takes place from 6 to 9 months in barrels, regularly stirring the lees.
||This dry and structured white wine can be served at the aperitive, but also on a first course or a dry fish.
