Chateau de Pez & Château Haut-Beausejour
The Château de Pez winery remains resolutely faithful to wood. Château de Pez exhibits deep colour and harmonious composition. This complete, rich, dense wine merits prolonged ageing. Thanks to the quality of its production, Château de Pez is counted among the most highly reputed crus of the Médoc.
Dark ruby red color.
It opens to the nose with black cherries, ripe plums, black cherries and blackberries, hints that are then followed by flavors of coffee and soft spices.
The taste is austere and generous at the same time, structured and solid in the tannic part, with a closure that pleasantly attracts black pepper.
