This rosé wine is the result of the union of two indigenous varieties of great tradition in the province of Trento, appreciated both when presented in the classic version, i.e. vinified in red, and in the rosé version.

History	It is obtained by blending two different grape varieties Teroldego and Schiava. Schiava is a native variety of the Trentino-South Tyrol region, cultivated since time immemorial and mentioned as far back as 1300. Teroldego is the indigenous variety par excellence characteristic of the province of Trento, cultivated in the Rotaliano area and of which there is written evidence as far back as the 15th century.
Origin	Valdelac comes from a selection of vineyards located in the Rotaliana plain for Teroldego and in the Adige Valley for Schiava
Vinification	After careful selection in the vineyard, the grapes undergo a very brief contact on the skins in the press before being pressed; fermentation follows at a controlled temperature.
Ageing	Maturation takes place in stainless steel to preserve fragrance and freshness, before cold bottling.
Total acidity	5.80 gr/L
Residual sugars	2.50 gr/L
Dry extract	19.00 gr/L

Flamina the voice of reason

I have been using xtrawine for sometime now and I marvel at the range they have. I have also asked about a particular wine producer i like and sent an email and had a reply saying the wines from this producer will be on the list by week end. Brilliant. One small Glitch for some reason they now use UPS and they are a bit of a nightmare. Compared to FedX. But one quick call to Flamina the voice of reason all my fears were sorted. She’s a credit to the company, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable even had time for a bit of a laugh. Buona Giornata
