| Vinification |
To enhance the typical notes of the vine, the harvest is carried out at the right technical maturity, then the grapes, strictly hygienic, are subjected to a cold maceration for a period of 5/6 days, followed by a short maceration with fermentation. |
| Ageing |
In steel until the following summer and then bottling. |

Savory first courses, medium-aged cheeses and medium-second main courses. |
