Blanc de Blancs Nature is the proud expression of all our experimental research in the past ten years. In this cuvée, the number of parcels converted with indigenous yeasts is in the majority and, thanks to spontaneous fermentation, the wine is more elegant and decisive with a definite acidity offset by the fruit and creamy consistency of the perlage, to such an extent that it did not require any measurement. This is the winery's commitment to all future editions of Blanc de Blancs Nature, always allowing the vineyard and the wine to take the lead in any human intervention.
