The Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC of Castello di Volpaia is obtained exclusively from the best grapes of Trebbiano and Malvasia of the vineyard Torniello.

Colour

It has a beautiful amber, intense and brilliant color.

Bouquet

The scents are rich and enveloping, with dried fruits, almonds and dried figs with light notes of dehydrated apricot.

Flavour

On the palate it is warm, with cream almost creamy, fresh and sapid and delicately sweet. Finish with rare cleansing and spicy persistence.

Pairing

Perfect to accompany desserts, classic Tuscan cantucci, panforte or dry pastry. Great served as a meditation wine.
