The very complex, concentrated nose offers fruity notes of peaches and grapefruit, accompanied by typical floral and vegetal aromas ranging from elderflower to box hedge.

Vinification	Maceration technique: on the skins for a night at 5 °C. Fermentation container: stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature at 15 °C.
Ageing	On noble lees in steel tanks until March. Then in bottle for 4 months.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	Perfect with shellfish, prawns and lobsters. Pairs well with Catalan lobster, Sauvignon turbot, bread crumbed sardines.
