It is a new wine that was born after experimenting in the vineyard with the cutting of the vine shoot: an ancient technique that allows a light drying process while keeping the grapes on the vine, thus still in the sunlight. The grape increases its concentration and continues to develop substances in the skin that increase the aromas.
