A historical wine from the Montalcino terroir by Banfi. This wine gives a perfect balance between aromatic expression and acidity.

Bouquet

Intense hints of dehydrated apricot, honey and candied orange.

Flavour

The considerable residual sugar is well balanced by good acidity. Balanced, silky and very persistent.

Pairing

It is perfect to be enjoyed by itself and to pair with dry pastries such as the typical Cantucci from Siena or with very aged or blue cheeses.
