Colour

The colour is intense ruby red with brilliant garnet reflections.

Bouquet

The nose shows great complexity: floral sensations of dog rose and wild violet blend with spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. The balsamic character is typical, very captivating, which becomes evident with time and gives this wine an unmistakable note.

During this period, frequent and gentle pumping over allows the colour, noble tannins and most aromatic components to be gently extracted from the skins. Racking off takes place only when alcoholic fermentation is complete. Malolactic fermentation begins and is completed spontaneously before spring.
Ageing Maturation in small oak casks of 25 and 35 hectolitres for 11 months allows the wine to fully evolve, stabilising the colour and refining the tannic sensation and aromas typical of this wine.
Allergens Contains sulphites
