The Monfort Riserva Brut Trento Doc is the winery's latest arrival. A Millesimato wine of the 2009 vintage produced in compliance with the "Trento Doc Metodo Classico" specification with 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir grapes. This wine ages 54 months on the lees, an ideal time to refine and exalt all its characteristics.

	Colour Gold yellow.
	Bouquet Fragrant notes, from bread crust to vanilla, with a light and pleasant citrus note.
	Flavour Full-bodied, round and complex. The fragrant notes highlighted on the nose are well-blended.
