||Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature 26-28 °C for 22 days conducted with indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes, spontaneous malolactic fermentation during refining.
||At least 12 months in French oak barriques of 2nd - 3rd passage and 6 months in bottle. This wine is bottled without being filtered or treated for clarification in order to preserve its integrity.
